I have learned in my life that my plans don't matter. It's God's plan. I've been taught in my life that you can have plans, but you can't count on them. There's no road map. There's no textbook on how grief works and when your heart will be open - or if it ever will.

Giving up control and just trying to be happy at the moment has proven to be the best thing for me.

I challenge anyone to tell me that there isn’t evil in this world. From the days of Cain and Abel we know all too well there will always be evil. But that evil shouldn’t take away our freedoms. In fact, the only way to defeat evil is by taking advantage of our freedoms.

The generosity, to me it’s less about the money and more about the support and the idea that people still care and love what Chris stood for and love him.
