At one point I had to shove as much food in my body as possible to pack on calories. My trainer wanted me to do six meals a day and not go two hours without eating. If I would cheat on eating one day, I could tell - I'd drop a few pounds.

I don't want to become known as just a body.

I have had someone ask me to sign their 'Team Taylor' panties. She wasn't a teenager. She was in her 40s.

There's no ex out there who I'm not friends with today, and I'm extremely thankful for that.

If I love the character and if I love the story, and the character requires me to be shirtless, or if it requires me to lose 30 pounds, I'm ready to do it.

There's a million more pros than cons, for sure. Obviously, the privacy thing is a little different. It's not normal to wake up and have 12 paparazzi cars waiting outside to follow you to Starbucks in the morning. But, there's a lot more pros, and I'm willing to put up with those cons, for sure.

It's definitely important to stay true to yourself and stay close to those people who you were close to before [becoming famous]. Family, your friends, and just not let that outside stuff get to you.
