In middle school, my friends decided I was weird, and they didnโt like my hair. They ditched me and talked behind my back, which is cool โ Iโm over it. [laughs] One time I called them and said, โHey, do you want to go to the Berkshire Mall?โ They all gave me excuses and said no. So I go to the mall with my mom, and donโt you know, we run into all of them. Together. Shopping. My mom could see I was about to cry, so she said, โYou know what? Weโre going to the King of Prussia mall,โ which was the mecca.
Taylor SwiftI don't think it's the most important thing in life to fit it. I think it's the most important thing in life to dance to the beat of your own drum and to look like you're having more fun than the people who look cool like they fit in.
Taylor SwiftI would love to continue in music, with writing... but I am not the kind of person who will hang around if I start to become irrelevant. If that happens, I will bow down gracefully, raise my kids, and have a garden. And I am going to let my hair go gray when I am older. I don't need to be blonde when I'm 60!
