Christmas means Jesus came down and got involved in suffering. He hears your cries.

No one is exempt from trials and tribulations. In fact, this is often what happens to people God loves very much, for it is part of God’s often mysterious and good plan for turning us into something great.

Generosity is not only about money. There is more than one currency. Let your generosity be pervasive in life.

If you're avoiding sin and living morally so that God will have to bless you and save you, then you may be looking to Jesus as a teacher, model, and helper, but ironically you are avoiding him as Savior. You are trusting in your own goodness rather than in Jesus for your standing with God.

The Christian faith gives us a new conception of work as the means by which God loves and cares for his world through us.

Grace is humbling and restorative. It pulls you down because Christ had to die for you, but also lifts you up because he wanted to die for you.
