If you don't make a conscious effort to control your focus-and decide in advance which things you're going to focus on-you'll be so pulled by the demands of the world that you will soon find yourself living in reaction rather than living a life plan you've designed for yourself.

I've got a mission to help people improve and massively change their lives and create breakthroughs, so I'm always looking for them and I'm the first guinea pig.

Hope works in these ways: it looks for the good in people instead of harping on the worst; it discovers what can be done instead of grumbling about what cannot; it regards problems, large or small, as opportunities; it pushes ahead when it would be easy to quit; it lights the candle instead of cursing the darkness.

The goal of becoming more consistent with your core authentic self is a much stronger motivator than "I need to lose 30 pounds."

Don't surround yourself with people who just affirm you. Surround yourself with people who challenge you.

Will today be the day you decide once and for all to make your life consistent with the quality of your spirit? Then start by proclaiming, "This is what I am. This is what my life is about. And this is what I'm going to do. Nothing will stop me from achieving my destiny. I will not be denied!

As soon as you truly commit to making something happen, the 'how' will reveal itself.
