I graduated from school for graphic design, and I started to get into acting class just to get over severe fright. I was an extremely shy person. I could barely say hello to anybody.

I work out at Runyon Canyon almost every morning.

When I was 17, I was so shy I could barely speak or introduce myself to anyone.

I eat apples whole, seeds and all... yes, like a horse.

Auditioning is the most terrifying thing Ive ever done. There must have been four or five of them where I completely froze up and walked out of the room. My palms get sweaty just thinking about it.

Theres nothing better than keeping fit. It gives me energy and helps me think more clearly.

I think fear is unavoidable and that, when recognized and embraced, its something that can work for you - especially in the audition room.
