For me, I'm focused on what I want to do. I know what I need to do to be a champion, so I'm working on it.

I still have the drive. I just want to push the barriers and see what I can do and how far I can go. I am just determined and driven.

I can still improve a lot, but there is definitely a limit to what the human body can do.

I try to lead by example.

I don't have a clue. These things don't bother me. I think about the technical stuff but not how many steps or what my heart rate is.

Yeah, I am lazy. There's no doubt about that.

At the end of the season, I normally get some time off training and can go on vacation and enjoy myself.
