One of the things we're trying to do more of is not just take money from corporate partnerships, but get more involved in the business side for when I retire. So Puma are going to make me an ambassador for life. I have a clothing line coming out. I am investing a lot in housing in Jamaica, buildings for rent.

Politics is tricky, especially in Jamaica. There are two parties, Jamaica Labour Party and People's National Party, and if I went for one, I would upset supporters of the other. I stay as far from politics as I can.

I don't put myself under pressure.

For me, time is everything, because from the time you wake up you have to have your heart and soul in this. You have to work through the day, you have to go to the gym, you have to eat, and yet you have to work as fast as possible to get home and get rest before the next day begins again.

There's a lot of great Olympians, but for me, I try to prove myself as one of the best - and that's the key thing.
