It's not often real that you encounter the real person behind a good-natured mask, the darkest part of someone. It's not comfortable what you do.

I'm a fairly religious person, so I believe in some things that sound a little crazy I'm sure, depending on where you're standing. I believe in leaving room for things that you can't explain in the universe, and you don't have to be religious to leave room for those things.

Becoming fearless isn't the point. That's impossible. It's learning how to control your fear, and how to be free from it.

If you are really one of us, it won't matter to you that you might fail. And if it does, you are a coward.

It happened. It was awful. You aren't perfect. That's all there is. Don't confuse your grief with guilt.
