I think my mission is to support people in being steadfast in not having thoughts of harm - thoughts of judgment, worry, or hatred - directed toward themselves or others.

Be a good listener...It makes the person who's speaking to you feel loved,cared for and worthy of being heard.

Being infinitely patient means having an absolute knowing that you're in vibrational harmony with the all-creating force that intended you here. You know that everything will happen at just the right time, at just the right place, with just the right people.

I absolutely believe the species, the planet and the Universe can't survive if we function on hate.

We're starting to look at a new way of being, and I know ultimately that it will triumph. I think it's coming soon, too.

The greatest joy comes from giving and serving, so replace your habit of focusing exclusively on yourself and what's in it for you. When you make the shift to supporting others in your life, without expecting anything in return, you'll think less about what you want and find comfort and joy in the act of giving and serving.
