If you slip, it doesn't mean you're less valuable. It simply means that you have something to learn from slipping.

Enjoy everything that happens in your life, but never make your happiness or success dependent on an attachment to any person, place, or thing.

There is no stress in the world, only people thinking stressful thoughts.

Self worth cannot be verified by others. You are worthy because you say it is so. If you depend on others for your value it is other-worth.

Finally, if you still are growing, you reach the highest archetype, the archetype of the spirit. This is the time when you finally realize what Jesus meant when he said, "You are in this world, but you are not of this world." You are not here as a human being having a spiritual experience, but the reverse is true: All of us here are spiritual beings having a human experience.

All that you need in order to have total happiness, fulfillment, and love in your life you already have right now, whoever you are, wherever you are.

Examine the labels you apply to yourself. Every label is a boundary or limit you will not let yourself cross.
