God's wisdom means that God always chooses the best goals and the best means to those goals.

God's glory is the created brightness that surrounds God’s revelation of himself.

Sin is any failure to conform to the moral law of God in act, attitude, or nature

God fully knows himself and all things actual and possible in one simple and eternal act.

Nowhere in Scripture do we find doctrine studied for its own sake or in isolation from life.

When Jesus invites sinners, 'Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest,' he immediately adds,'take my yoke upon you, and learn from me' (Matt. 11:28-29). To come to him includes taking his yoke upon us, being subject to his direction and guidance, learning from him and being obedient to him. If we are unwilling to make such a commitment, then we have not truly placed our trust in him.

If we pray little, it is probably because we do not really believe that prayer accomplishes much at all.
