Responsibilites and expectations are the basis of guilt and shame and judgement, and they provide the essential framework that promotes performance as the basis for identity and value.

The enemy of a writer is not controversy but obscurity.

Once you have hierarchy you need rules to protect and administer it, and then you need law and the enforcement of the rules, and you end up with some kind of chain of command or system of order that destroys relationship rather than promotes it. Hierarchy imposes laws and rules and you end up missing the wonder of relationship that we intended for you.

The ability to choose is at the essential core of our grandeur. Even evil exists because God respects our ability to choose.

Love is much stronger than your fault could ever be.
