Healthy citizens are the greatest asset any country can have.

Armed with a paint-box, one cannot be bored, one cannot be left at a loose end, one cannot 'have several days on one's hands.

If I stay on for the time being, bearing the burden at my age, it is not because of love for power or office. I have had an ample share of both.
