I think I got a lot of life skills; I got a lot of wisdom; I've seen a lot of bad things happen to a lot of good people.

As long as I'm not selling out the people that ride or die with me, I'm glad I'm not an MC. I'm a motivational speaker. I'm not that rapper dude.

If I'm gonna put a message out there, I want to make sure I stay consistent. I'm up on my game, because I said it. People take your words and they live by them.

Music is how you feel. But if I can say one word, I'll say 'necessary.' I felt it was necessary.

All my music is inspirational. You just gotta listen to the words and get what you can get out of it.

It wasn't necessary to speak on the recession, you know what I mean, but I just though it made a lot of sense. I was like, "okay, cool," I'm going to go with this approach for the name of the album [ The Recession].

My hustle is nonstop. I never stop hustling.
