As you move to the top, remember the story of the pump. If you start pumping casually or half -heartedly, you will pump forever before anything happens. Pump hard to begin with and keep it up until you get that water flowing. Then a great deal will happen.

Don't wait until you feel like taking positive action. Take the action and then you will feel like doing it.

When you encourage others, you, in the process, are encouraged because you're making a commitment and difference in that person's life. Encouragement really does make a difference.

The moment you begin to worry about the things you want and the things you don’t have in life is the moment you will lose your gratitude... The greatest source of happiness is the ability to be grateful at all times.

You gotta have goals!
