Outstanding people have one thing in common: an absolute sense of mission

Sometimes adversity is what you need to face in order to [grow and] become successful. For that reason it makes sense to be grateful for adversities that help you grow, even if it is only in understanding and compassion for other's suffering.

Just saying you are better than good won't make it so. But, when you understand what it takes to live the better than good life, and you apply yourself, your life will truly be better than good.

Promote what you love instead of bashing what you hate.

Will you look back on life and say, 'I wish I had,' or 'I’m glad I did'?

For 40 hours a week competition is awfully stiff but after that there's very little competition .

A pleasing personality helps you win friends and influence people. Add character to that formula, and keep those friends and maintain that influence.
