The first time I took a Kundalini yoga class, I cried my eyes out afterwards. I was so moved by the meditation and singing "Long Time Sun" at the end of class. I felt like I was home.

I come alive the most when I am talking with people about following their dreams. Inspirational speaking is something I am very passionate about and will be doing more of.

My son. He makes my heart grow bigger and bigger each day. There is nothing I love more than being his mommy.
