I'm being hypocritical because I have a Twitter, but I try to not talk about things like, 'Oh, I had a grapefruit this morning and it was delicious,' because, who cares?
Zoey DeutchBorderline embarrassing fact: I used to have a pseudo line when I was seven called Zizzy Fashion. I love clothing, and I would eventually like to design as well as act.
Zoey DeutchI have a twitter, but I try to not talk about things like, "Oh, I had a grapefruit this morning and it was delicious," because, who cares? But, I think it can serve as a platform for talking about things that matter to me, like the organizations that I work with. As pretentious as that sounds, it is true. You can really make a difference, if you can create a following and actually represent who you are, as opposed to how people want to portray you. But, I don't know what the balance is.
Zoey DeutchIt is true that social media, nowadays, is important, but I don't understand everyone needing to know everything about an artist or an actor because it loses the intrigue and mystery. And then, when you're watching them as a character, you can't watching them as a character. You can only watch them as the public figure that they have presented themselves to be. I hate when people say, "Well, that's what you signed up for. That's how it is." No its not. That's not what you signed up for.
