What is really important you can't understand with your mind.

There is only consciousness. There is no individual apart from consciousness who is conscious.

When we really start to take a look at who we think we are... we start to see that while we may have various thoughts, beliefs, and identities, they do not individually or collectively tell us who we are. [And yet] it is astounding how completely we humans define ourselves by the content of our minds, feelings, and history.

My speaking is meant to shake you awake, not to tell you how to dream better.

The realization of Truth and Reality can never be created by the mind ... it always comes as a gift of grace. Inquiry clears away misperceptions and illusions, making one available to the movements of grace.

True Meditation is the space in which everything gets revealed, everything gets seen, everything gets experienced. And as such, it lets go of itself. We don't even let go. It lets go of itself.

An ordinary man seeks freedom through enlightenment. An enlightened man expresses freedom through being ordinary.
