Modeling isn't boring.

My mom was proud but very hands off. She didn't really know enough about the model industry, and she didn't have the time to stop her life to go chaperone me. I think she trusted me.

I'm obsessed with hockey and my son's a big player. I spend a lot of time driving to the ice rink and I'm a huge Los Angeles Kings fan. So, yeah, I'm a hockey mama - a cool hockey mama.

In order for me to parent well I have to empathize and stay open with my son. I am also vulnerable when it comes to trying new things, when I don't feel like I completely know what I am doing. Lack of control.

I definitely think that being a model makes it more difficult to be taken seriously. And I understand. I don't take it seriously sometimes.
