I work out at Will Space four times a week. It's a private training gym. It's owned by my trainer, Will Torres. I just came from there, actually. I turned Mark Consuelos onto Will, so he goes there too. Today we boxed. It's every kind of cross-training you can do.

I was waiting for the right guy to come along, but maybe I didn't actually want one, or was not available emotionally. I was really nervous about including him in the book [Superficial: More Adventures from the Andy Cohen Diaries], but this relationship has developed over a year and a half, and so it would've been dishonest not to.

Certainly when you read someone's diary [ superficial] that's a word that jumps to mind.
