What people pray for will tell you more than anything else whether they are locked into the vision and priorities of the church.

Progress requires change.

You won't take risk without courage.

You can't lead without taking risk.

Asking doesn't mean you lack wisdom - it's evidence of wisdom.

One never accomplishes the will of God by breaking the law of God, violating the principles of God, or ignoring the wisdom of God.

Courage is essential to leadership.
