All women do have a different sense of sexuality, or sense of fun, or sense of like what's sexy or cool or tough.

I'm drawn to kids that are already born. I think some people are meant to do certain things, and I believe I'm meant to find my children in the world somewhere and not necessarily have them genetically.

I don't really send text messages. I rarely carry my phone. I occasionally check messages at the end of the night, but I don't carry it around.

When I first went to places where people were suffering from war and persecution, I felt ashamed of my feelings of sadness. I could see more possibilities in my life.

But we survived, and we're a good family. I just don't want to dedicate one more tear, or watch my mother cry one more time.

I collect books, and I love libraries. I love bookstores. And to me meeting a writer is important. And when I saw a book with my name on it I almost passed out.

I think doing anything having to do with war, you walk away so very grateful for everything you have and the safety that you have.
