I'm not somebody that thinks about destiny and fate, but I don't walk away from it when something unfolds.

Apart from my children, spending time with refugees was the greatest gift... the greatest life lesson I could ever receive.

I felt I should have been taught about the landmine problem. It made me suddenly realize certain things about the world and how much I had to learn, like the history of the people.

We need the political will, and that often comes from the will of the people. So if celebrities or personalities can help to educate the people - not influence them, not tell them (what to do) - just tell them the truth about what's happening and let them form their own opinion, that will strengthen them and they will push their politicians.

There doesn't need to be a God for me.

I'm not going to say how, specifically, but I will continue to speak out about human rights and freedoms. Absolutely. We can speak out about what we are angry about, but the most important thing is to try and help people understand the reality and not be blinded by something that is not the truth.

I want to be outspoken! I want to say my opinions and I hope they’re taken in the right way. I don’t want to stop being free ... and I won’t...
