When I was 15-years-old, I took off my clothes and looked in the mirror. When I stared at myself naked, I realized that to be perfectly proportioned I would need twenty-inch arms to match the rest of me.

Almost anything difficult, any challenge takes time, patience, and hard work.

The mind always fails first, not the body. The secret is to make your mind work for you, not against you.

I think most of my lessons come from sports. That's why I always emphasise to young kids to get involved in sports because it's where you learn about discipline. It's where you learn to keep going, where if you think you can't make it, you can.

Create a vision of who you want to be, and then live into that picture as if it were already true.

The mind is incredible. Once you've gained mastery over it, channelling its powers positively, for your purpose you can do anything.
