My father is Cuban. Spanish was my first language, but I don't speak it that much anymore because I had dyslexia, and in school they work with you only in English. But I'm proud to be Latina, and most people don't know I am.

Really good acting is not about dialogue. It's really just about small moments that really make the whole entire scene and the intention completely different than even maybe what the characters are saying. Two characters could be saying, "I hate you, and I don't want to be with you anymore!" But yet somehow, their toes are just inching more, you know, closer to each other. So a really big thing about acting is really just with your body.

I believe that anyone can become better,if you put in the effort.

I think everything about my life is magical. I've struggled, and against most odds, I'm truly having the experience of living my dreams.

Dancing inspires my music. Having your girlfriends all together and just being free and happy.

I don't want to be that girl who has that same style all the time where the music always sounds exactly the same, and you always know it's her.
