I hold a lot of things in. I'm always making sure everybody is okay. I usually don't rage; I usually don't curse. So for me, it's a great thing to be able to scream and say whatever I want.

I've grown so much. I'm more picky about what I'll do,and I'm more of a businesswoman. But at the same time, I take care of myself. All I used to do was work. Now I'm comfortable in my own skin and have a good balance.

Why do you have to choose what type of woman you are? Why do you have to label yourself anything?

I lost most of my weight from breastfeeding and I encourage women to do it; It's just so good for the baby and good for yourself.
