I never look at salaries. I have no aspirations of being a general manager or anything like that, I want to coach. For me there is no dollar signs on the towels, no dollar signs on their jerseys, I will make the decisions based on who is going to make us win. For me, that is my only priority.

I dreamed there would be a time to come together to "build out the Hope Reformation that would bring certain shifts to the leaders in the Body of Christ." In this dream, I saw the buildings of revival and prayer and there was some divine activity that was good and needed and foundational for what God was doing on the earth.

A hockey team is like a puzzle. Every piece is vital.

You can't go to the pharmacy to buy a pack of experience, you have to be in those games in order to acquire that experience.

Then the Lord said, "This is the year of crazy, substantial hope." Then I saw many sitting around the Table of the Lord whom He was about to address. There was such communion, love, and honor. Then the Lord took His place at the Table. I was overwhelmed with the presence of the Lord. He was so alive. He was so much fun. But He made it very clear that this year the Body of Christ was being evaluated in their hope.

Personally I don't believe in standing on the ice, or jamming the blueline, waiting. I have always told my players that hockey has to be played on your toes.

Sometimes you have to go outside your boundaries. You have to jump over that fence, but I always felt very comfortable (in my jobs) because I worked with some good people.
