We are programmed; we are literally programmed genetically and then we are programmed environmentally and most people never break out of that programming.

The mind doesn't know anything about age, your subconscious mind knows nothing about time or space. And so, I am hanging around young people all the time and I operate like they do. I don't think of myself as being old.

Everything has been created twice once on a mental plain and once on a physical plain.

Never under estimate the Power of the Mind. Persist in creating new thoughts to prevent falling back into negative patterns. It is an ongoing struggle and you have to commit to winning if you are to succeed.
