Boxing is really hard because you have to be in really good shape to have all those rules and just using your hands.

I am a woman and I don't have the power and the strength of a man, so I have to use my technique and my strategy more than just using brute strength like some of the guys do.

It's not the black belt that you wear on your waist. It's the black belt in your heart and knowing that you can go out there and you can do it. That's what a true black belt is.
