Do not deny the classical approach, simply as a reaction, or you will have created another pattern and trapped yourself there.

Low aim, not failure, is the crime.

Emotion can be the enemy, if you give into your emotion, you lose yourself. You must be at one with your emotion, because the body always follows the mind.

Meditation means to be free from all phenomena and calmness means to be internally unperturbed. There will be calmness when one is free from external objects and is not perturbed.
