Look at your life without the thought "Something terrible is going to happen."

You might believe that it's only for their own good, but how does it feel when you try to manipulate the people you love? Are you teaching them that your love is conditional? Maybe through inquiry we can find another way.

Sleep just gives the ego a little time out. It has to stay strong in order to be something that it isn't.

Your suffering is never caused by the person you're blaming.

Whatever it takes for you to find your freedom, that's what you've lived.

When people are talking about manifesting, we can say, "I want a car, I want a car, I want a car," but if the mind is running, "I don't deserve it, I'll never be able to afford it, I'll never be a success" - if all those things are running - then those things are what we're really manifesting. They are exactly what's running our life. And as long as we believe those thoughts, thinking positively is not strong enough to override our negative beliefs.

When you do The Work, you see who you are by seeing who you think other people are. Eventually you come to see that everything outside you is a reflection of your own thinking. You are the storyteller, the projector of all stories, and the world is the projected image of your thoughts.
