We must conduct research and then accept the results. If they don't stand up to experimentation, Buddha`s own words must be rejected.

In the Buddha's life story we see the three stages of practice: Morality comes first, then concentrated meditation, and then wisdom. And we see that the path takes time.

Universal responsibility is the key to human survival. It is the best foundation for world peace.

Since we became Buddhist, we have lived in peace with them. We did not invade them. We did not want them to invade us. We have never declared war on China.

Our enemies provide us with a precious opportunity to practice patience and love. We should have gratitude toward them.

I am open to the guidance of synchronicity, and do not let expectations hinder my path.

We all have to live together, so we might as well live together happily.
