Pray that you will have good and correct attitudes about all your experiences - be they good or bad.

Adversities are temporary. What is permanent is what we become by the way we react to them.

Given love and opportunity, every child and adult can recover. All who know this and have the capacity to help others should assist as they can.

We have to forego some good things in order to choose others that are better or best because they develop faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and strengthen our families.

The gospel of Jesus Christ is the brightest light and the only hope for this darkened world.

The healing power of the Lord Jesus Christ-whether it removes our burdens or strengthens us to endure and live with them like the Apostle Paul-is available for every affliction in mortality.

I am unpersuaded that relative poverty and hard work are greater adversities than relative affluence and free time.
