I can almost picture the disciples faces. "No, not the drink-my-blood speech! We'll never get on the list of fastest-growing movements if you keep asking them to eat you!

What drives passion for getting the gospel to all people is not guilt, it's glory.

I wonder sometimes, though, if we intentionally or just unknowingly mask the beauty of God in the gospel by minimizing his various attributes.

I always questioned if I was CALLED to adopt, but then I realized no child was ever CALLED to be an orphan.

Disciple making also involves teaching people to obey all that Christ has commanded us. Now some might say, "Isn't that what preachers are supposed to do?" And in one sense, the answer to this question is yes. God has clearly called and gifted some people in the church to teach his Word formally. At the same time, he has commanded every follower of Jesus to teach his Word relationally.

Who God is and what Christ did have huge implications for who we are personally and what we desire sexually.

We have an incomprehensibly great God!
