They believe that we should cut taxes to wealthy Americans and enforce anti immigrant laws. They don't believe in Education or Social Security, they would end it and change it and privatize it.

Really it's hard to know where the Republican Party ends and the Tea Party begins.

Unfortunately, the Republican leadership in the House right now seems to have been strangled by the tea party.

Healthcare has been much worse. George W. Bush was destroying the health care system. Obamacare, all it's like doing is keeping prices from going up more rapidly.

This sordid affair has become an unacceptable distraction for Representative Weiner, his family, his constituents and the House - and for the good of all, he should step aside and address those things that should be most important - his and his family's well-being.

Look at the [Bill] Clinton Administration and now the [Barack] Obama administration more recently. What we believe is that we implement policies that help people reach the middle class which is the cornerstone of our economy.

We will talk about the contrast between both parties' nominees and our desire to continue to build on our success in helping people reach the middle class.

We will certainly be focused on making sure that the prosperity we have been able to accomplish in the past 8 years under the leadership of Mr. [Barack] Obama, continues.

It's time ... the Republican Party end the war on women they started. Whether it's the Blunt-Rubio amendment, personhood or attempts to repeal Roe v. Wade, we aren't going to let extremist politicians dictate to women what we can or cannot do with our bodies.

I think Donald Trump is a bigot and a misogynist.

Republicans are suggesting that you take your retirement money and invest it in the stock market to take care of yourself but that leaves you with choices that you may not know anything about. The purpose of social Security is that you don't fall through the crack and find yourself destitute.
