If you look at ISIS, General MacArthur, and General Patton, they're spinning in their graves.

I have spoken to people in intelligence. And they are big believers in, as an example, waterboarding. Because they say it does work. It does work.

We are going to rebuild our infrastructure. I would say at least double her numbers and - and you`re gonna really need more than that. We have bridges that are falling down.
