You gotta chill and relax, and release, meditate, and breathe and walk, and ski and surf, and bask and sunbathe and relax and sing and love and laugh and nurture yourself, and eat good stuff. And find better and better feeling thoughts and practice them until they become the norm. And then everything that life has caused you to become must manifest into your experience.
Esther HicksAction that is inspired from aligned thought is joyful action. Action that is offered from a place of contridicted thought is hard work that is not satisfying and does not yield good results. When you really feel like jumping into action, that is a clear sign that your vibration is pure and you are not offering contridicting thoughts to your own desire. When you are having a hard time making yourself do something, or when the action you offer does not produce the results you are seeking, it is always because you are offering thoughts in opposition to your desire.
Esther HicksAbraham: You did not come into this environment to create through action. Instead, your action is meant to be a way in which you enjoy what you have created through thought.
Esther HicksAnything you can imagine is yours to be or do or have. As you ask yourself why you want to have it, the essence of your desires is activated, and the Universe begins to bring it to you. The more intense your positive feelings, the faster it is coming to you. (It is as easy to create a castle as a button).
Esther HicksThose old habits don't have to be erased, they just become replaced by a new habit that is more in vibrational harmony with who you are and what you want.
Esther HicksLike the air you breathe, abundance in all things is available to you. Your life will simply be as good as you allow it to be.
Esther HicksMake fun of death. We are as dead as it gets, and we are fully aware of this joyous experience. We are with you every time you allow it. We are in every singing bird and in every joyful child. We are part of every delicious pulsing in your environment. We are not dead, and neither will you ever be! You will just get up, one day, and get out of the movie.
