Unless you choose to take action on what you want, nothing is ever going to come out of it.

There is nothing that is happening because of something you vibrated a long time ago or in a past life. It is not about what you were born into. It is only about what you are, right now, in this red hot fresh moment emitting.

You can't take sides against anything. If you would just be one who is for things, you would live happily ever after. If you could just leave the "against" part out.

People will love you. People will hate you. And none of it will have anything to do with you.

Illness or pain is just an extension of negative emotion. When you are no longer feeling any resistance to it, it's a non-issue.

The very best approach to medicine is, "Well, I see your physical body is sick, what's been bothering you? What are you worried about? What are you angry about? What are you frustrated about?" Because that is what is at the root of all of this. And then say, "Let it go, let it go, let it go." That's the message, and if they could hear you and do that, then they would all be well right away.

Never mind what is. Imagine it the way you want it to be so that your vibration is a match to your desire. When your vibration is a match to your desire, all things in your experience will gravitate to meet that match every time
