Any of the exercises that you start out with will get the kundalini moving. You don't have to stay with them for the entire period of meditation.

The things you see are real, but they are not a complete seeing - Samsara.

Don't worry about your future lives, past lives. Button up your shirt! Stand up straight! Go out and do something. Go out and have some fun. Be alive, change, dissolve, explode!

The teacher will have a certain imprint, and each teacher imprints differently. Ultimately the imprint of the teacher is a limitation that you will have to overcome in your final stages of knowledge.

If you line everything up, just right, you walk through a doorway where the world as you know it collapses.

There is no future. There is only now, a continuous now. We have become so wrapped up in the past and the future that we don't see the continuous now. There is no future. It is an idea that you have.

The more lives you have, the harder it is to change, yet the stronger you are. It's a kind of funny dichotomy.
