We are not really separate beings of light. That's a dream we are having, the dream of multiplicity. Meditation takes us beyond the moment to eternal awareness.

There is the experience of enlightenment, to be very aware of what lies beyond the boundaries of cognitive perception, reflection and self-awareness as seen by the personality.

Perfection is not a final state. It is a state of mind. There are ten thousand states of mind.

It is good not to think of karma as an alien force that is outside of yourself. You are the generator of karma. Karma is the energy patterns that emanate from your life.

There is mental conditioning in your mind put in there during this life by your parents, teachers, the society. You've been told what is and what is not, what is right and what is wrong. This has to be pushed aside.

Kundalini is almost a misleading word, unless you define it as broadly as I do.

If you are seeking power and knowledge, you need to go to places that are healthy and happy and radiant. Avoid places that aren't.
