Nature soothes us. Nature heals us, and something more, the woods are a place of power. Any woods that are still surviving on this planet, those are powerful areas to have kept themselves free from the encroachment of the industrial societies of our earth.

We have a body, but we also have a subtle body, a body of energy that looks like our physical body. The subtle physical body is made up of energy, of light that vibrates at a very high rate so the human physical eyes can't see it.

To overcome stress you have to find out something. You've got to do some research and homework. You need to find out who you are today.

I am a liberated teacher. A person who meditates with me, even though they may be thousands of miles away, will draw that light into them.

It doesn't really matter what you do. It is your state of mind that matters.

Humility simply means that you do a great job at everything and it isn't really a big deal.

It has been my experience as a teacher over the years and incarnations that what really counts are not techniques. What really counts is spirit, love. What really counts is a sense of propriety and dedication.
