There's no point in getting frustrated at yourself. Just be truthful.

If you feel some tremendous pressure to do everything perfectly so you won't have a horrible incarnation in your next life - that type of fear is unnecessary. Life is not that finicky.

If you are finding that you can stop thought longer and longer, I would say your life is bringing power into your being. You are gaining things out from that field behind the house.

Sitting around idly contemplating doesn't produce much. In work you can discipline your attention, forget about your misery.

Only alone can you go into eternity. Only alone can you feel the transcendental light. It is not a shared experience because if it is shared, you are down in duality.

Whatever you need will be provided. Eternity takes care of everything perfectly. So never want for that which you do not have; you have exactly what you need.

When we see a hero, on the one hand, we applaud them; on the other hand, there is something in a lot of people that wants to tear the hero down.
