There are two choices available in duality - one side or the other side. Everyting is formed from that.

We are many, many selves. We're not just a finite being. The selves don't necessarily speak in words. But they are you.

You are not a body. You are not a mind. You are infinite light, infinite intelligence, the radiance of all beings, the dharmakaya - the endless light of creation.

Karma means changing planes of reality or changing fields of attention. There will be perhaps a resulting physical action stemming from the change of these fields of attention.

Lao Tsu doesn't seem to hold to much stock for words or phrases or teachings.
