People enter states of consciousness where they think they've become enlightened. The best thing to do, if you've gone through one of those phases, is to be sensible, laugh at yourself for how foolish you were.

The heart chakra is the central chakra.

Take the level of dedication that anyone had to get to the top in any field, and apply it to self-discovery. Except that when you get to the top of anything else, it washes away. You will die. The only thing that stays with you forever is your awareness.

Let's say you dissolve and become infinite light. There is this sense of being light even though the mind is not thinking it, one feels it, which indicates that one is still there - at least half of one.

The way you increase your energy is by letting go, ultimately. There is something inside you that knows what it should do, and you fight it all the time.

A person with power has control of their emotions. A person with power can stop fear, stop depression, or they can augment a positive emotion.

If you act impetuously, it will be uncertain, and you'll know it. It just won't feel right. It is better to wait.
