From the point of view of meditation, there is nothing that is not God. When we meditate, we are participating in a spiritual experience. We are seeing life is not perhaps as we thought, but a little bit different, vastly different.

What we focus on we become. If you are just focusing on unhappy things, you will become unhappy. If you focus on happy states of mind, then it will grow in you.

When you go into the causal realms you become someone else. The light vibrates very quickly. You will see that you are a concurrence of light - taken shape and form in the body you now occupy.

If are in a situation with too many people in your life and you want to go into higher attention, look in the mirror. You are being blocked. Do something about it. It might be hard.

One day you wake up and you decide you want to be different. You want a different life. You are tired of your old life. This is the truth. You will a change.

The essence of all practice is to be cool. Life is not worth getting excited about because whatever you perceive is an illusion.

You and I are both life. There's just the experience of every moment. We like to call them moments. There isn't really such a thing. There's just is-ness; there's just eternity.
