That's what self-discovery seems to mean to most people. You're going to beat yourself up. You're going to reduce what you're supposed to be and do to a set of rules so you can defy them, or so you can perform them and feel smug.

What makes us happy is to have a spiritual experience ... that experience of ecstasy in the deepest meditation; that's happiness.

You are everything and everyone. You are in all things. You exist in all conditions. You are the universe. You just think of yourself as existing within a temporal body

As you do your daily meditations, your life will change. Most people change between the ages of zero to four. The older we get the less we change. When we meditate we become perpetually young.

I'm always waiting for you, hoping that you'll be really interested, that you'll try completely. In every life I wait for you. I've always been waiting and I always will.

When you meditate, you focus to clear the mind and to bring the willpower together. But then, toward the end of the session let go, just become eternity.

Life wears us down. We all die here. Depending upon the way you expose yourself to energies and powers and forces will determine whether you have a lot of energy or you lose energy.
