Trying to use the power of yoga to improve your life, this is a terrible mistake. Because all you are doing is binding yourself more. You're putting more of your attention into the transient world.

Love is something that comes to us in life. Quietly, it overwhelms us. It is something that you cultivate. You make it happen.

Don't care what anybody says about enlightenment, except the enlightened and those who seek it.

It is necessary to have a strong focus. Work will give you that focus.

The purpose of enlightenment is certainly not the teacher, nor is it you. It doesn't have a purpose. Enlightenment simply exists.

There is no such thing as spiritual achievement; it is simply an awareness intrinsic to all of life.

Happiness will come through the practice of yoga and Buddhism, that happiness is not something you will lose at the end of this lifetime. It will stay with you.
