Observe your actions but be so busy that you never contemplate their possible effects. It is only this consciousness that leads to liberation. Everything else is illusion.

Power comes from doing meditation, leading a controlled life, being conservative, not wasting all your energy on drugs, alcohol and sex and other pastimes. The guideline for all experience is how you feel afterwards.

Sit down and get out a piece of paper and start making lists. Ask yourself, are you in harmony with the things in your life? Are you adopting superficial values? Are you giving your being enough room? Are you doing new and creative things?

The world is futile when viewed through the persona of the body. The body is not simply the physical body but it's the body of knowledge of this world.

Examine your experience of the incarnation so far and realistically add up the moments of happiness and unhappiness and you tell me, oh somewhat vaguely nobly born, you tell me, what has it been like for you?

If you are afraid of someone, you immediately give them an advantage and give them entry to your awareness field.

Life is beautiful all of the time. Just to be alive and perceive that beauty of life all around you and within you is the best that there is.
